1. Preventive Maintenance Packages
We offer three different levels of bundled support to help keep your business computer systems up and running smoothly and to help minimize the risk of potential downtime or network outages. We will work with you to determine which option is best for your business.

	Bronze – Package includes preventive maintenance plus 4 hours of break / fix support plus additional professional services.
	Silver – Package includes preventive maintenance plus 7 hours of break / fix support plus additional professional services.
	Gold – Package includes preventive maintenance plus 10 hours of break / fix support plus additional professional services.

(OPTION II - Regularly Scheduled Visits)

2. Scheduled Monthly Tech Support Plans
Scheduled monthly tech support plans are designed for businesses that wish to have regularly scheduled monthly visits where all their computer and network needs are addressed. Clients pay a monthly fee to have an expert technician visit on-site for a pre-determined number of hours a month and perform technical support duties. Clients normally will create a list of issues that they are having problems with and these issues are addressed during these scheduled appointments. All visits must be be pre-scheduled and any hours not used per month are not carried forward to the next month. Labor rates are discounted (up to 25%) from our standard hourly rates.

3. Blocks of Time
Blocks of Time are designed for businesses that wish to pre-purchase discounted (up to 20%) blocks of time for computer technical support that can be used at anytime throughout the entire year. At the end of the year all hours must be used or they will expire. Blocks of Time are great for companies who do not consistently need computer tech support services each and every month. However, they would like to secure the discounted hourly rates for emergency situations that sometimes can take up to several hours to repair or if they know that they are planning on one or more large computer network projects or network upgrades sometime during the year.
